A Certificate of Conformance (CoC) confirms that a part was manufactured and supplied in accordance with the applicable specification, and provides traceability back to the original manufacturer or distributor.
A CoC is available on request for every part sold through AviationX. For most in-stock items, the CoC is included automatically with your shipment. For special-order or brokered parts, allow 1–2 business days for the certificate to be issued alongside your order.
Beyond a standard CoC, we can also provide material test reports, manufacturer traceability chains, and 8130-3 / EASA Form 1 documentation where applicable to the part — reach out to our team to confirm availability for a specific part number.
